Screening dates must fall between August 31, 2024 and August 31, 2025
- Screening Definition: publicly screened in a public setting (eg. Film Festivals). For online streaming, the original date the project was available on the service (when the project dropped).

Deadline to submit is September 5, 2025
Performer must have been a member of ACTRA Alberta at time of performance and at time of submission.
The nominated member must be in good standing with the union to be considered for an award (you need to be up to date on dues or AM & EX renewal fees).

Only ACTRA Alberta members in good standing may nominate another member.
Alberta members may nominate themselves or ask a sibling ACTRA Alberta member to submit you.
*NEW* ACTRA Signatory Producers may nominate ACTRA Alberta Members for an award.
The nominated performance must be from an ACTRA-signatory production shot anywhere in Canada or internationally.
A shortlist of award nominees and winners are decided by a jury of ACTRA members.

Technical Specifications to Submit

Clip length – up to 2 minutes
Only one clip per nomination and only one clip per project
Do not submit an entire feature film or series
Format – MP4 Files only
Submit clips via – Email or file transfer service
Please make sure files are clearly labeled – First and last name of nominee and project (eg. Jane Doe_Dancing in the Rain)
