What has been your favorite role?
Anything a guy got to do on the series “Billy the Kid” was sure fun, that series was a blast to work on. Also, getting to double the Errand Knight out west on Vancouver Island for the film “The Stolen Child” was an awesome experience. A guy was able to do some fun stuff out there.
What do you do when you are not performing?
Try to get to a few rodeos and ropings when I can, but that doesn’t happen as frequently anymore. Buy the odd horse or two to train up and working on that golf game at the moment. Both are fun but challenging and keep me busy.
What activity are you involved with or passionate about that people would find interesting?
Not part of any organization. Keep it simple and just work and make some horses. And golf now I guess, lol.
What Director would you like to work with?
Seb McKinnon was a cool director to work with, he had some really neat ideas and liked to try things. It would be fun to work with him again. Tarantino seems like a guy that would be sweet to work for, and his movies are all iconic.
What is your favorite movie and/or TV show?
Lonesome Dove. I reckon it classifies as both a movie and limited series, but it has to be one of the most genuine to cowboy life shows ever made. It has a good plot with character development, and awesome horse action scenes.
As a Performer, what is one thing you wish you would have known sooner?
Patience. A guy can’t rush things and if something is meant to be it will be. You still have to work hard, but there’s no point stressing about what’s next or what didn’t work out. Just keep moving forward and have some fun. We aren’t here long!
