What has been your favorite role? 

The most recent, I play Phil Thundercloud on Tribal so I’m pretty focused on that. When/if the next thing comes then it’ll be that role. 

What do you do when you are not performing?

Wish I were performing. Wish I had something on the go or coming up to work and focus on.  

What Director would you like to work with?

Any indigenous Women and 2SLGBTQ+ indigenous directors. I was part of a project that starred and was directed and written by indigenous women, I wish I had the same opportunity in the film world. Indigenous women and 2SLGBTQ+ innately understand the process of creating something that I could never comprehend but can selfishly learn and grow from by just being surrounded by it. 

What is your favorite movie and/or TV show? 

Dawn of the Dead 1977. Z-nation use to be really good before it got cancelled I loved that the lead was a black woman. Still airing? Tribal. it has an Indigenous woman lead Jessica Matten and it’s just great.  

As a Performer, what is one thing you wish you would have known sooner?

That I belonged there. That sometimes, I wasn’t just there to fill a quota. That there is space in this film world for us.
