What has been your favorite role?
Each stunt role quickly becomes a new favorite, but two stand out. Doubling Tiger Lily in Peter Pan & Wendy was my first stunt job — riding beautiful horses along the cliffs of Newfoundland and learning from top professionals was unforgettable. That said, doubling Nuria Vega in Billy the Kid takes the top spot. The cast, crew, and horses made it an incredible experience, and the friendships I made on that project mean the world to me.
What do you do when you are not performing?
When I’m not on set, I’m usually at the rodeo. I split my time between running barrels on my mare Penny and filming for my rodeo videography business. Whether I’m competing or capturing the action behind the lens, I’m immersed in the rodeo lifestyle.
What organization / activity are you involved with or passionate about that people would find interesting?
I received my CPRA Creator Card last year, and it’s been incredibly fulfilling to grow my own business in rodeo videography. I’m a bit of a camera nerd, so combining my passion for horses with filming and editing has been the perfect creative outlet. Helping promote the sport through visual storytelling has been such a rewarding experience.
What Director would you like to work with?
I would love to work with Quentin Tarantino.
What is your favorite movie and/or TV show?
Fight Club. As for TV, it’s hard to choose just one — I’d say Stranger Things, Shameless, and 1883 all top the list for different reasons.
As a Performer, what is one thing you wish you would have known sooner?
I wish I had known earlier that it’s never too late to learn something new. If there’s a skill you don’t have or want to improve, go out and train it. Every new ability adds to your value and confidence as a performer.
