What has been your favorite role?  

Hmmmm…each role has been so unique and fun.  Okay, Janice in ‘Dusk And Dawn’ and Carjack Woman ‘Black Summer Season 2’

What do you do when you are not performing?

I write and produce independent theatre and film, I also am an acting instructor and theatre. I’ll be moving into directing my first short film this year and one-act play. I am also a Teaching Artist, working in Arts and Education and do theatre facilitation to explore social challenges with different organizations and communities.  I teach and practice yoga and have been practicing more chi-gong.

What organization / activity are you involved with or passionate about that people would find interesting?

It’s a blessing to share my love of storytelling with different communities using theatre as a vehicle for positive social transformation.  Some organizations I have been involved with in the arts and culture, health and wellness, and arts and education sectors are Action Dignity, Werklund Centre Education (formerly Arts Commons), Jube School (Southern Jubilee Auditorium Educational Program), and ICAI (Immigrant Council or Arts Innovation) as a mentor in the Newcomer Arts Professional Program (NAPP).

Lately, it’s been ‘Shrinking.’
