What has been your favorite role?

My favourite role so far would either have to be Maria from the film “And The Oscar Goes To…” or Marnie from the film “Range Roads”. But there’s a couple of projects that I’m working on right now that I think are about to take the top spots.

What do you do when you are not performing?

I am almost always performing whether in front of the camera or onstage. Outside of being on film, I work as a professional actor onstage and a professional comedian, specializing in Sketch Comedy, Improvisation, and writing while touring across North America and Europe. I also work as an instructor in Acting and Comedy (some of you may have taken my workshops) and as an Acting coach in Film/TV, Theatre and Comedy.

What organization / activity are you involved with or passionate about that people would find interesting?

I am a core member of the internationally-acclaimed, award-winning sketch comedy troupe, Marv n’ Berry. We strongly believe that Laughter is the best medicine and we try to make sure our audiences are always getting a proper dose. I’m also a member of the incredible UK Theatre company, Lodestar Theatre, which has just relocated to Canada. The director and founder, Max Rubin, is absolutely incredible and creates these all-encompassing worlds onstage that the audience can’t help but be utterly immersed in.

What Director would you like to work with?

I would love to work with Taylor Sheridan, Taika Waititi, Jane Campion, Adam McKay, Alejandro González Iñárritu, the list goes on… I’ve got big aspirations.

What is your favorite movie and/or TV show?

I love the film “Wind River” and the “John Wick” Trilogy. As for TV, I feel like my list would be too long.

As a Performer, what is one thing you wish you would have known sooner?

YOU are enough. YOU bring your own unique perspective and performance that no one else can replicate. That, and Failure is your friend, not your foe. It’s your best teacher; fail and then get up again and again and again. That’s Improv 101.
