What has been your favorite role?
I’ve had so many great experiences in film and TV, one of my favorites was working with Tom Green; day one of shooting I was set on fire!
What do you do when you are not performing?
For over 30 years I have toured all over the world with my two-man improv group ATOMIC IMPROV. When I’m not traveling for gigs, I love to travel for fun.
What organization / activity are you involved with or passionate about that people would find interesting?
This summer I’m going to be the game day announcer for the Edmonton River Hawks baseball team and I’m also working with The Alberta Parkinson Association and The Edmonton Firefighters Burn Treatment Society.
What Director would you like to work with?
If I had the chance I’d love to work with Ridley Scott. His body of work speaks for itself. Blade Runner is one of my favorite films.
What is your favorite movie and/or TV show?
I’ll be aging myself with this, but This is Spinal Tap, Strange Brew, SCTV shaped my sense of humor and still remain among my favorites. I’ve been lucky enough to work with Dave Thomas and Joe Flaherty several times. Sometimes meeting your heroes
is awesome.
As a Performer, what is one thing you wish you would have known sooner?
It’s something I teach my improv classes all the time…Keep it real.
