What has been your favorite role?
My favorite role so far is Ryder in PAW Patrol: The Mighty Movie. I spent nearly a year recording the voice for that character and it was so cool to finally see the finished product! My first role, playing Kevin Costner and Diane Lane’s son in Let Him Go will always be special to me as well.
What do you do when you are not performing?
I’m in Grade 10, French immersion, so school takes up most of my time. Outside of that, I play hockey and baseball and I’m a referee and an umpire. I also really enjoy shooting and editing videos with my buddies.
What organization / activity are you involved with or passionate about that people would find interesting?
I’ve been going to Camp Valaqua, a summer camp near Water Valley, since I was little and will be volunteering as a counsellor next year. There are trees everywhere, a river runs right through it – I love being surrounded by nature. Also, there is no cell phone service there!
What Director would you like to work with?
I really enjoy Christopher Nolan’s movies – from his cinematography to his editing to the way he uses music. It would be great to work with him – and he’s filmed in Alberta before!
What is your favorite movie and/or TV show?
I love the show For All Mankind because I’m a big fan of everything space related. Star Trek: First Contact is my favorite movie – my family and I are really into the whole Star Trek franchise.
As a Performer, what is one thing you wish you would have known sooner?
I didn’t realize how nice and welcoming everybody would be in the industry – I probably would’ve been less nervous my first time on set.
