What has been your favorite role?
I am so grateful for and have loved every role I have been involved in, but if I had to choose, it would definitely be my role as Jenny Hicks in a web series called Department of Paranormal Affairs. This was the first character I had the pleasure of exploring fully where all her personality quirks got to be seen. I learned so many valuable lessons while filming this series and am so grateful to have had the opportunity to learn from so many of my peers who were involved with the project!
What do you do when you are not performing?
I feel like I spread my interests into very different activities. I work as a part-time clinical esthetician and laser tech, and in my free time, I like to sew my own clothes, go to the gym, and spend time with my cats, family, and friends.
What organization / activity are you involved with or passionate about that people would find interesting?
I have recently been introduced into the world of music and dance. As someone who performs alongside many of them, I have always appreciated dancers and musicians from afar. But with a new lens of what these art styles mean to me, I have a newfound respect for the art and find myself wanting to be more and more involved with dancing and making music!
What Director would you like to work with?
I would love to work with The Daniels, Miss. Greta Gerwig, and Wes Anderson. They all have very different styles compared to one another, but all tell stories in such captivating, fresh, and exciting ways that speak so true to their unique tastes. Their work represents what I truly love about film!
What is your favorite movie and/or TV show?
Oh, so many to choose from but some comfort shows/movies I find myself rewatching all the time are One Piece, Brooklyn 99, The Office, EEAAO, Holes, Little Women and so much more haha!
As a Performer, what is one thing you wish you would have known sooner?
To just try as many things as possible! This ranges from different techniques, different hobbies/interests, especially the ones that make you uncomfortable and get you out of your comfort zone! Every time I have explored out of my comfort zone, I have never regretted what I had learned from those experiences. I think so much of my growth as a performer has been due to exploring outside of my comfort zone.
